We offer trauma-informed care that recognizes the profound impact of past trauma on addiction, mental health, and recovery journeys. Delivered through compassionate peer support in safe, empowering settings, our approach integrates mindfulness, harm reduction, and personalized strategies to help clients heal holistically. 

Our mindfulness & meditation coaching services can help you develop greater awareness and inner peace. Our Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Specialists provide guidance and support to help you learn mindfulness techniques, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.

Our Life Skills Development program equips clients with practical tools for everyday living—including goal-setting, emotional regulation, healthy routines, and building independence. Delivered through a supportive eight-week cohort group by our affiliate, The Therapy Project, participants gain confidence and real-world skills that support long-term recovery and meaningful personal growth.

Our Family Strengthening Programs help parents and loved ones rebuild trust, improve communication, and create healthier family dynamics while supporting recovery. Through supportive group sessions and practical tools, we strengthen families and help them heal and grow together

Our harm reduction approaches meet people where they are, focusing on safety, health, and minimizing risks associated with substance use. Through community education, Narcan training, and practical resources, we empower individuals and families to stay safe and save lives while supporting their unique recovery journey.

Our Re-Entry Services support individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community by providing practical assistance with job placement, resource connections, and overcoming common roadblocks. Drawing from lived experience, we help make the transition smoother so you can move forward without getting stuck on small setbacks.

 Our Prevention Initiatives focus on stopping substance use before it starts through education, awareness, and community outreach. We provide Narcan training, resource distribution, and group sessions that empower families and individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to protect themselves and their loved ones.
